COVID-19

18/03/2020

Dear owner,

Despite the challenges of the current situation, we continue to work towards the good upkeep of your complex, whilst taking all necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.

All services are being carried out as scheduled, but as you are aware frequencies may be redirected due to weather conditions or unexpected / unforeseen circumstances.

Particular emphasis is given in cleaning services with the use of  specialized  cleaning materials and disinfectants and focus mainly on door handles, lift buttons, light switches, railings, communal showers & toilets etc.

Swimming pool maintenance services are also provided as scheduled; at this stage there is no evidence that the virus can be contracted via healthy sanitized water. Previous research shows no such indications, and guidelines issued by the Authorities make no such reference. We closely monitor the guidelines issued by the Republic of Cyprus and the ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) and for any changes you will be updated. As a precaution, we recommend avoiding use of the communal pools mainly to avoid contact with others and instead choose other activities.

All members of staff follow strict hygiene procedures and they are advised to keep the indicated distances from Homeowners.

If you are currently in Cyprus, please note the following useful updates:

  1. With immediate effect, and in line with the recent guidelines, companies which transport passengers with payable tickets per person (taxis, buses, shuttles, etc.) will transport passengers equal to 30% of the total vehicle capacity only and rounded down to the next even number. For example, if the number is 6.35%, then the total number of occupancy should be 6%.

  1. As of 22/03/2020 all regular scheduled routes with payable tickets per passenger for SUNDAYS are cancelled until further notice.

  1. Paphos Mayor, Phaedon Phaedonos has initiated a Support Group for elderly people and vulnerable social groups who need supplies or medication. The group will assist in delivery of such goods to the door in order to limit spreading of the virus and encourage these groups to #stayhome. The contact number for this group is 80006362. If you know anyone in need of this, please share this number with them.

Once again, our thoughts go out to everyone and especially to those affected and those who are on the front line trying to fight this.
